More X-Men Evolution OC art. No flames, thnx.

I was chilling and came across a picture from a magazine online. It looked like it was something for a brand of sandals, but it was so tripped up in a sexy appeal; like for any kind of advertisement. I don't know if I should know who the model was in the picture or not, but I don't at the moment (presuming it's foreign-related). When I saw her pose and the effects created by computer of water around her nude form like a transparent, liquid dress, it got me to thinking - it looks like something my original character would or be able to do.

So, now you know where the pose and idea of this drawing came from. This was mainly done out of inspirational reasons based on an image. Just wanted to get that off my chest...

Do I think I did a good job on this? Meh, maybe.
Did I have fun drawing this? Absolutely.

There are some things I like and dislike about this picture.
For example, I hate drawing feet. Seriously, those took me forever. So don't look at them for long.
I also got in over my head on this picture, skill-wise, that's for certain. I can't give accurate transparency to water to save my life, nor do I have any digital art skills on the computer. If you can at least tell it's water, I'll be happy with just that. Though this could be good practice. *Tries to be optimistic*

I haven't talked with my good 'ol buddy Huyana in awhile (she was busy). We were finally able to recently around the end of May before I went to A-Kon. We immediately got back to the way things were, but she had bad weather at the time and had to leave.

I haven't been able to get a hold of her on messenger ever since, aside briefly on notes on deviantArt.

If she's messing around with me on purpose (I doubt it), then she knows the right strings to pull on me. You hear me, Huya? You're torturing me and it's working~ You've given me a little taste of what I was truly missing these months and it's made me sketch for it again. But don't think you should do this anyway to make me draw more stuff. 8D

I might actually draw something I'll be satisfied with of her own character and post it here.
I'll sure as hell try. Definitely. :3
