A-Kon 24: Cathy Wesluck Autographs

On Saturday, the second day of the convention, I saw that Cathy Wesluck (the voice actor of Spike and Mayor Mare, amongst others from MLP:FIM, and other animes) was scheduled to be at the autograph panel (Vic Mignogna was also there, but we missed the chance for his; his line was large ~ ). I had this idea that if I got in on this autograph panel, maybe I could get Cathy to say something in Spike's voice. I originally wanted her to say the following: "Twilight! Princess Celestia is going out with Discord!" You know, being such a Dislestia fan and all.

Of course, the staff of the panel said taking a video of her doing a voice wasn't allowed, only for the sake of keeping the queue of the line of fans going. Sadly, I was unable to get her to say it and on my boyfriend's camera. While I was a bit disappointed, she did say a few Spike things to me off camera (followed with giggles/chuckles from my boyfriend and I. I had a blue unicorn horn and wings on, so she spoke in his voice, like he was mistaking me for Princess Luna ). The top two signed pictures were pictures *mattwilson83 drew while we were in line, and the the colored image was one of the sheets at the panel to buy for Cathy to sign on.

Technically, this panel with Cathy Wesluck is the first autograph panel I personally went to and waited in line for. A nice new first experience - especially when we were only 8th-9th in line. We waited about over an hour to ensure being those numbers and that close in line.
